Installing and logging into the mobile app Element

Mobile app installation

The application is distributed free of charge and only through authorized Google Play Market and App Store stores and is intended for Smart Driving Labs customers who have installed Element telematics and security equipment.

The mobile application is implemented in Russian, English, Portuguese and Czech.

The mobile application is compatible with all mobile devices running the operating system:

  • Android 5.0 and more,

  • iOS 11.0 and more.

  1. To install the application, you must have a mobile phone with the Internet access.

  2. Link to app in Google Play Market.

  3. Link to app in Apple Store.

Registration of the contract in the System

After successfully installing the app, select the Element app from the list of installed apps and launch it. The home page will open in front of you.

If you have not previously been a client of our company, then you need to register to gain access to the mobile application.

To register in the System, enter your mobile phone number and click "Create an account".

{% hint style="danger" %} If you do not have a device, then to register in the mobile application you need to become a client of the company: purchase telematics and security equipment and conclude an agreement at the service office.

When you click the "Create an account" button, a registration form opens, then enter:

  • Kit number,

  • Last 4 digits IMEI.

If the data is entered correctly, you can enter your data for the contract:

  • Contact details: last name and first name, email

  • Passport data: series and number of the passport, when and by whom it was issued

  • Address: zip code, region, town

  • Vehicle: VIN number, year of manufacture of the vehicle, registration number.

Application Login

After registration in the system, an SMS with an authorization code to enter the mobile application will be sent to your mobile phone.

To enter the Element mobile application, enter your phone number and authorization code.

You can select the country code of your phone number from the dropdown list.

Unsuccessful login attempts

  1. If you entered the code incorrectly, the application will display an informational message "Wrong code".

  2. If you have forgotten your authorization code, click "Resend". A new authorization code will be sent via sms to your phone number.

Pin code for quick entry

After successful authorization, you can set a pin code to quickly enter the mobile application.

{% hint style="success" %} Phone is the phone number under which you are registered in the Element System. The authorization code is a six-digit code received via sms.
